...all the world's a stage.

I’m sure you’ve heard the saying that every wedding should incorporate something old, something new, something borrowed and something blue.

WELL, Fun fact #1: that saying comes from an Old English rhyme and those items are intended to bring the good luck to your big day.

Fun fact #2: I brought along those items to give my couple some of that “good luck”- but it’s not like they needed it. I mean…LOOK at these two! They are so adorable.

It’s perfect that I brought some antiquities from my collection I’ve built up by visiting estate sales and local flea markets. Ally and Austin surely played the part in their vintage flair for this very photographable wedding, and I am so excited to share the images from that day with you!

Though it’s hard to narrow down, I think my favorite vintage element from the entire wedding was Ally’s wedding dress. I am a sucker for ‘50’s fashion and her tea style dress fit the bill. Not only are the details on the dress unique and colorful, but it matched Ally’s personality and made her standout!

In addition to being a gorgeous display, you could absolutely tell that everyone was swept up in the emotions of it all, and that they had a great time celebrating together. Thank you again for inviting me to be part of your day, Ally and Austin, and congratulations on hosting a beautiful, love-filled elopement!
